Raw and Packing Material Store. Responsible for the data entry of daily purchase documents through good receipt form in sap business one. Management of Inventory Module in Sap Business One. Management of Production Module in Sap Business One. Responsible for creating, issuing and completion of production order. Management of Sales Module in Sap Business One. To Post all Gate Inward Passes. Manage all stock with proper management and inventory. Issue stock to departments on FIFO. Prepare GRN and keep all record in system. Make report of stock available in store on daily basis. Manage report with balance for Inventory received and issued to the departments. Assess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials. Responsible for incoming inspection of raw material and packing material. Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees. Responsible for the COA of raw material for product specification, manufacturing and expiry.2. Finished Goods Store. Responsible Delivery of finished products. Prepare daily reports of finished goods regarding production and dispatch. Prepare Weekly and Monthly Dispatch Reports. Maintain Proper Documents Regarding Disposal, Dispatch and Production.. Management of Sales Module in Sap Business One.Responsibilities as Supply chain manager: Ensures availability of raw material and packing material according to planning and forecast. Making sure suppliers have enough stock to meet demand. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination. Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly.
