Global Support Delivery Tech (GSD Technology) || IFS Unified Support- Analyzing, troubleshooting and coming up with solutions/fixes for issue reported by the customers and partners both in core and customized different versions of IFS products.-Involved in providing fixes released by the Product Development team and producing solutions, configurations, or workarounds to rectify reported issues.- Identify existing limitations in the product framework and provide workarounds with the guidance of the Product Development team; urgently act on escalated or accelerated customer requests and collaborate with internal teams and third-party such as Oracle to expedite the resolution; perform root cause analysis for errors reported in the Production environment; investigate to resolve performance issues in the product;- Sharing the technical and functional domain knowledge among the peers. -Handling cases and tasks reported by the customers in the global support while following the operational best practices and procedures, and security and data protection guidelines provided by the Second Line Support and Product Development for effective handling of customer issues.- Analyzed and diagnosed problems reported by the customers either in core or customized versions of IFS’s products.- Engaged in verifying those solutions in customer environments to ensure that the reported problems have been resolved.-Learning the functional flows in the Global Support Technology and primarily involved investigating and troubleshooting technical issues related to the IFS Cloud product, Oracle Base Server, Client framework, Business Modelling, Reporting and Analytics. In this capacity, he maintains direct communications with customers for all aspects of support work.- Assigned to Technology Product Support team of the Global Support Delivery unit which provides support and maintenance services on the Technical Framework of the IFS Product to IFS customers worldwide.
