• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.• System health check on daily basis for all the central units, SIM cards, remote probes including the probes utilization, Hard disk/memory utilization of all units. • Monthly remote Preventive Maintenance Reports (PMR) for all central units and remote probes• Install/relocate and configure new hardware when required.• Responsible for troubleshooting the hardware/software issue/hardware replacement when required.• Daily active probes availability report and CTTS tracker report• System alarm monitoring and opening CTTS tickets• Communicate to SIGOS R&D team to resolve the issue within agreed SLA.• Responsible for configuration of different test cases and generate reports.• User profile creation/deletion whenever requested.• Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media• Install new pacakges and patches when required on Linux servers. • Server adminstration
