I am working as General Manager and Director in Sayyed Engineers Limited since 1992. I also hold the position of Director in Sayyed Healthcare Limited which is a company of producing medical devices. My key responsibilities include to manage and lead diverse sales teams across the country and driving performance to achieve company goals and sales targets. I manage complex distribution networks, ensuring timely product deliveries and optimized supply chains to meet market demands efficiently. I also play a key role for export of company products to international markets. On production front I efficiently plan and monitor production operations in the factories to ensure smooth production processes and that the company meets all deadlines of production targets. I am leading a team of around 2000 workers in three factories of the company.
