Duties: Working as a member of project team at siteWorked on the following Projects:•RIYADH TOWNSHIP SEDRA 1B – Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaCost 971 million SAR with area 170,000 m² and consist of 88 buildings, 2 mosques, Community center and other utilities.•Housing Complex Project for Ras Al-Khair Planet (Bachelors) - Saudi Arabia.Cost 357 million SAR with area 80,150m² and consists of 12 building 5 story, 3 villa, Mosque, supermarket, restaurant, fitness GYM and Cultural center•South Dhahran ownership project_2C-1&2 (Ajyal) - Saudi Arabia.Cost 400 million SAR with area 90,500m² and consists of 12 high rise buildings and other utilities.•Construction of housing for armed forces @ Eastern region (phase 2) - Saudi Arabia.Cost 850 million SAR with area 1,309,000m² and consists of 21 building 5 story, 46 building 2 story, 6 mosques, commercial building, clinic, 3 sewer treatment plant, 2 water treatment plant and other utilities.
