CurrentAt Charles Schwab, I played a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between development teams, product managers, QA, and technical support to streamline the project workflow. Using JIRA, I managed the product backlog, documented user stories, and defined acceptance criteria, ensuring all team members had clear, actionable tasks.I was responsible for creating UML diagrams, including Activity Diagrams, Workflow Diagrams, and wireframes to visually represent project objectives and the final product. Additionally, I coordinated monthly User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with subject matter experts to ensure all requirements were met and applications were defect-free before deployment. As part of my Agile responsibilities, I actively participated in daily Scrum meetings, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospectives, and Sprint Demos to track progress, resolve roadblocks, and ensure project alignment. I also maintained detailed Sprint burn-down and burn-up charts, regularly providing status updates to senior managers. My role involved gathering and documenting both functional and non-functional requirements from business owners and stakeholders, translating them into comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and User Stories. I served as a key liaison between the business and technology teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that met both user and organizational needs.
