My task mostly included taking care of online orders. I received online orders from customers via website and had to go through the warehouse to find and pack the online custom orders. I was also tasked with stocking up and organizing the store, cleaning the department. Since this was during covid, I also had to make sure that all the covid protocols were being maintained by the customers.

I was tasked with creating graphics for social media purposes which includes player banners and information graphics.

My job included taking customer feedbacks and conveying their messages to my senior. Communication with customers across Europe and Japan. I also had to take customer orders and answer any queries related to a product.
