-To develop project objectives by reviewing project/ proposals and plans with management.-To determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.-To determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.-To determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.-To maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.-To control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.-To prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.-To maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.-To maintain project data base by writing computer programs; entering and backing up data.-To maintain product and company reputation by complying with rules and regulations.-To contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.-To ensure that required prerequisites (e.g. design inputs, tools, and documentation) are in place prior to commencing work.-To execute Implementation work assignments to appropriate standards and quality systems.-To share technical knowledge with project team, supervisor, own discipline and other engineering disciplines.-To report progress and technical problems to project and engineering supervisor.- Pro-actively identifying potential quality and efficiency improvements within assigned work.-To visit customer/Project site, as and when required, to undertake engineering and / or commissioning work

-Bid Documentation Review for its content & Preparation of Basic Process Engineering Deliverable-Design Basis preparation, PFDs & P&IDs (Process and Utility) generation, Material Selection Diagram, process datasheets and Utility summary calculations-Liaison with Vendors for procurement and technical issues-Review of Quotes and preparation of Project Schedule, line list, equipment list etc.-To prepare cost effective and practically viable proposal within a specified time frame, enabling management to review and approve the pricing strategy-To identify all risks with necessary safeguards, wherever required in the proposals-To prepare final submission in a style benefitting Company’s image -Summery sheet preparation for client Technical Clarifications To win the proposal, a high degree technical skill and knowledge on project is furnished to the client.
