Responsibilities:As senior implementation manager, I work as a liaison between operations and the technology team, I ensure the smooth implementation and training of technology solutions, both internally and externally. I provide recommendations for improving processes and software and serve as an advisor to technology and training resources to ensure accuracy. I have delivered shop management software training in partnership with our team and helped create training resources and assist with the development of business reporting in Salesforce. As we used Salesforce, in-house CRM tools, and MS Tools to create dashboards, status reports, and provide trend analysis reports to management teams at the corporate and store level. I play a key role in the testing and validation of software solutions by providing input on test cases and scenarios and serving as an operations subject matter expert. I also work with support and training teams to develop workarounds for identified issues and contribute to the creation of end-user documentation and training materials.

As a regional operation manager for the Midwest region, I provided guidance on sales, shop production, and profitability to 51 franchisees and store managers in accordance with Aamco policies and procedures. I was successful in improving the sales and profits of the Midwest group of Aamco dealers by double digits. After a few years, I was promoted to performance improvement manager for the division, responsible for working with underperforming centers to improve their sales and profits. My duties included analyzing P&Ls, sales, market penetration, and service shop production for individual Aamco dealers and developing and recommending marketing and promotional strategies to increase wholesale and retail sales volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction. I also coordinated and implemented sales strategy with senior management, trained new Aamco center managers and sales personnel, and specialized in developing and executing strategies to increase sales for underperforming centers. With 30 years of experience in aftermarket automotive operations and sales, I have helped turn around a vast majority of underperforming centers and make them profitable.

As the Service Area Director of 14 stores with annual revenue of over 29M, I was responsible for providing consistent direction on policies, procedures, store sales, shop production, and profitability to managers. I monitored the adherence of Service Managers to policies and procedures and their participation in sales and developed local marketing and advertising programs. In addition, I analyzed the P&Ls, sales, market penetration, and service shop production of individual service centers and helped boost market shares and build sales training for the Chicago and Indiana markets. I developed and implemented a manager training program and provided coaching and training to managers in the Midwest. I also shared best practices across the company and ensured timely execution of company initiatives.
