• As the International Business Systems Analyst, worked with the Regional Deployment Manager and across business functions including supply chain, store operations and BIS.• Main responsibility was to lead a team of five BAs to ensure the high-level requirements and functional design for Phase 3 of 5 of the Tesco Operating Model (TOM) is documented and signed-off including any outstanding issues/assumptions and risks. Worked as BA/Project manager for a number of large clients ranging from 120 to 1600 employees. Main focus of design, development, testing and implementation was web-based HR software.Tasks included eliciting requirements, designing solution, designing test cases including requirements traceability matrix and implementation through project management.Leading a team of junior analysts.
