Physiotherapist with a strong interest in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries in both the sporting and general populations. I utilise an evidence-based and proactive approach to rehabilitation, not only to treat but also to prevent injuries and promote health & wellness. I have gained experience working in high performing teams ranging from football to the occupational workforce. I have developed an appreciation of collaborating and building relationships with key stakeholders of all levels of an organisation to promote high performance and injury prevention. I am currently working with Port Melbourne Football Club in the VFL and am the owner of a physiotherapy clinic in Altona North, Melbourne.I have also worked with national companies providing onsite consultancy including Catch, Visy, Opal ANZ, Brimbank City Council, DHL to name a few.
