Client: Angara.com● Role Overview:As a QA Engineer at QualityLabs.io, I’m responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards for Angara.com, an ecommerce platform. My role involves testing various features and functionalities to ensure they meet the required standards of performance, usability, and reliability. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and ensure a smooth, bug-free ecommerce platform.● Key Responsibilities:- Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.- Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for ecommerce features.- Work on manual and automated testing processes to identify bugs, performance issues, and UX concerns.- Ensure timely and thorough defect reporting, tracking, and verification in collaboration with the development team.- Continuously monitor product quality, identify areas of improvement, and proactively suggest enhancements.- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product releases.- Focus on improving customer experience by identifying and resolving issues before they reach the end-user.- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile activities.- Document test results and provide clear, actionable feedback to the team.● Technologies/Tools:- JIRA- Postman (for API testing)- SQL (for database validation), MongoDB- Jenkins (for CI/CD pipelines)- GIT● Key Achievements:- Successfully tested and deployed 4-5 new features for Angara.com within my first month.- Gained in-depth knowledge of ecommerce workflows and processes.- Contributed to improving the quality and customer experience of the platform.

Worked on Credit card Onboarding - Decimal Portal project from 3+ Years, tested the mobile application, Website, web application, worked on Retail Credit Card and Corporate Credit Card. Tested more than 10 onboarding Journey's, including Api Testing, Logs in DB, Data Update, Data Stubbing, Vahana, Payments, CRM, Vision Plus etc. We have Used the Tenjin automation tool for testing purpose.
