Roles and Responsibilities• Management of material and man power• Completing the work within a given target while maintain quality• Working as per the International Safety standard• Co coordinating with other services to minimize the errors being done on site.• Conducting weekly meeting with the staff to ensure good quality of the work being done.• Preparation of the labor Histogram as per site condition• Ability to solve the problem encountered on site for smooth operation of work.• Sorting out the mistakes in HVAC & Plumbing Shop drawings before execution of the work on site.• Preparing Material Submittal Logs to ensure all the materials are approved without comments in order to prevent any inconvenience when the materials are delivered at site.• Attending weekly meetings with Project Managers & Site Engineers to resolve any issues relating with Work execution &Quality Control.• Preparing documentation for internal process as per ISO Standards• Ability to calculate Heat Load calculation for Air-conditioning.• Responsible for carrying out External Static Pressure(ESP Calculation) in Ducts and Pipes to find Pressure drop and selection of Exhaust Fan & FCU Units based on the ESP calculations• Working closely with project architect and design engineers• Responsible for Installation &Material Inspections to be carried out for HVAC&Plumbing Materials once delivered or Executed at site and to obtain approval based on the Approved Material submittal.• Inspected the HVAC & Plumbing systems for commercial and residential buildings.• Involved in Shop Drawing/Builders Work Drawing/ from the Design Drawing and getting approval for the construction works.• Testing & Commissioning of Air conditioning and Plumbing system
