• Maintaining cash book periodically, maintaining it in ERP Tally.• Maintaining different Voucher in Tally for sole proprietor business• Preparing Journal vouchers, Ledger Payment of different modes cheque’s Vouchers, Bank payment transactions.• Maintaining Day to day books of accounts in Tally.• Preparation and finalization of Accounts and passing adjustment entries.• Preparation of Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet Month & Quarter wise.• Verification of Staff Payrolls, Purchase invoices with Quotations.• Resolving queries from time to time if any changes or any new updates related to process, keep in active and in-form to the peers accordingly.• Helping auditors in finalization of annual reports through preparing schedules.• Rectification of accounting errors.• Preparation of monthly Cash Flow statement and budget.• Preparation of staff monthly salaries.• Internal Audits of companies, bank statutory and current Audits.• Day-to-Day monitoring of Finance and account activities i.e., Verification of vouchers, ledgers, sales, purchases, and service invoices• Preparation of Budgets.
