• As a central point of contact for Global Supply Chain Data in Microsoft Dynamics 365, In Direct contact with multiple legal entities addressing regular requests, answering questions, resolving data issues and providing analysis support.• Conducts quality control activities and recommends and/or implements additions/changes to Master Data Management procedures in Microsoft Dynamics 365.• Develop data processes and review tools to support spend analysis on all categories and the information used effectively to guide supply chain teams on compliance and procurement trend patterns.• Collaborate with entire supply chain teams based in countries and regions to improve procurement controls and compliance• Review all procurement documentation related to the IRC RFP/RFQ process prior to finalizing awards decisions to ensure full compliance to internal policies and donor requirements.• Collaborate with Category Managers to share market data for analysis and insights on different procurements trends• Collaborate with Regional Supply Chain Directors on regional forecasting and requirements• Oversee the contract management process and conduct spot checks to detect non-compliance for corrective action plans.• Ensure donor compliance requirements are reviewed prior to award• Track and analyze spend and supplier data. • Assist in developing supplier assessments, score cards and other analytics to enable team to effectively manage supplier performance.• Conduct detailed background checks and verification for suppliers to ensure engaged suppliers are credible.• Monitors key performance indicators to ensure data accuracy and data management policies are working as expected.• Develop and design improvements to the processes, procedures, tools, rules and metrics to ensure data integrity of master data domains.• Function as the primary point of contact for the day-to-day execution of Master Data related tasks in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Review the region’s accounting practices and verify that they are in compliance with the PATH Internal control manual requirements;• Check on a regular basis to verify that approved internal control procedures are being followed;• Review the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, reliability of financial reporting, and compliance with donor regulations and applicable local laws in an effort to safeguard the project’s assets. • Document, evaluate and test systems and controls to determine their adequacy and effectiveness • Prepare working papers for review; develop and discuss findings, agree on recommendations and timelines for corrective action with responsible officers of operations. . • Review budget burn out rate with a view to determine whether the PATH country offices has executed its budget within the authorized limits• Make presentations of audit results to PATH country management of the processes audited. Monitor the status of implementation of audit recommendations. Appraise adequacy of follow-up action taken on audit findings and recommendations

• Lead person for all internal Audits. • Involved in the Audit for PATH, EGPAF, World Vision, JHPIEGO, BRHC and a number of community based organizations and local implementing partners under USAID APHIAPlus -Western Kenya.• Ensure strict adherence and compliance with USAID and PATH regulations. • Carry out independent appraisals of the effectiveness of policies and procedures by which the project's financial resources are managed by the projects stakeholders. • Prepare an annual audit plan in consultation with the APHIAPlus Management team and the Audit team. • Prepare work/audit plans and tests for work to be performed with each review. • Review the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, reliability of financial reporting, and compliance with donor regulations and applicable local laws in an effort to safeguard the project’s assets. • Assess the control environments within the project’s operations. • Monitor the consistent application of donor and PATH policies and procedures across the project’s operations. • Undertake special project-related investigations as necessary from time to time as assigned. • Provide written and oral reports to the APHIAPlus Management team and the Audit Committee with findings of work performed and resulting recommendations. • Review annual and quarterly stock counts and assets registers. • Make presentations to the project staff and sub recipients on building strong internal control environments as well as risk management and mitigation in project financial management. • Promote and encourage a learning environment for field staff in a manner consistent with PATH's values and principles.
