CurrentFully in charge of all electro-mechanical projects. Manages the development of detailed project plan based on the project requirements, scope and baseline schedule to execute the project, monitor progress and document compliance. Manage projects budgets. Manages relationships with clients and sub-contractors on projects. Measures project performances using defined techniques, tools and makes the necessary adjustments to ensure the project reaches its final target on time, within the scope and budget. Defines the staff, personnel, and resources needed for the project to produce organization charts and manpower histograms. Manages the changes in the projects scope, schedule and cost through appropriate verification technique. Ensures resources availability and allocation for each project. Manages labors and workforce on project site. Develops simple plans and leads the teams to reach their full potential while keeping them on a clear path to reach the final target. Estimates the costs and develops the budget of every project to meet the clients’ expectation in a timely manner without any budget overruns. Manages Quality control and assurance. Manages deliverables to ensure deadlines are met and projects delivered on time. Conducts weekly project management meetings with the team of every project to ensure effective interdisciplinary coordination. Manages the procurement team and sets with suppliers fixed prices and payment terms for every project. Develops the projects communication plan. Manages the production of all projects’ reports.Was able to deliver 3 strategic projects within timeline, while managing 47 staff and more than 650 technicians and labors. Minimized the projects costs by an average of 7% for 4 consecutive years. All the projects were handled with the highest safety standards and without LTI.
