• Prepared financial reports for projects and sales record to CEO.• Prepared financial reports for projects and sales records for the CEO.• Attend specification/design meetings with Architects, Specialist Contractors, Consultants, and Client representatives.• Managing and controlling the Design and Technical Department (Material submittal, Shop drawings, material take off, Fabrication orders, cutting lists, optimization, As-built drawings).• Managing and controlling the Estimation Department (ensuring understanding of the received data, drawings, quantities, budget lists, specifications, structural needs, and Design requirements) and attending the pre-tender meetings.• Collaborate with the project manager to plan and develop the project construction program, review the scope of work, contract clauses, and specification requirements, and attend technical site meetings with the Architect, Contractors, and the client.• Communicate with international façade systems suppliers (Schuco, EFP, Trialco, Abithal, Aluminco, Profils, Saint Gobain, AGC, Gurdian) to explore their latest products that meet project specifications and hit the budget.• Track the material purchase with the procurement department and ensure delivery according to the project construction schedule.• Develop and implement standard processes, tools, and software across various departments to increase productivity and harmony with zero disruption to the business.• Support the sales team and other departments on technical aspects.• Improved productivity by embedding a new working culture for the existing team and recruiting new technical staff with high potential, providing proper training and mentorship to maintain high- quality outcomes and develop their skills.• Allocated resources as per project needs and workload and evaluated performance and progress.

Analysis and Design of Different Type of Steel Structures including composite slab, portal frames, handrails, facade supporting systems and solutions, huge signs on buildings, and truss systems.Analysis and Design of glass panels used in curtains walls, windows, doors and canopies.Analysis and design of aluminum structures.Design of Connections.Estimation of Quantities.

1-Coordinate meetings with LANIK which is Spanish contractor specialist in SLO System.2-Scheduling and monitoring of project tasks (Contract issues, Typical Details Submittals, Structural Calculation Reports, Shop Drawings, Material order and Manufacturing, Shipping, Assembly and Installation.3-BOQ preparation.4-Assembly and installation study for SLO.5-Preparing MOM after each meeting.6-Revising the structural calculation reports submitted by LANIK.7-Revising material samples and paints types submitted by LANIK.
