Accountability for daily, weekly and monthly control and recording of all tasks and activities carried out by various logistical operations.Achievements: • Recommends measures that improved the accounting , finance & warehouse department.Accountabilities:• Accounting – compares the data processing system with the financial data to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Coordinates all changes with CEO ad CFO. Audits a variety of internal activities for compliance with the Company’s policies. Install and implement any audit software package that aid in internal audit related functions (ACL “Audit Command Language”). Conducts reviews as directed by the CEO and the Board of Directors. • Interprets and applies relevant and applicable policies & procedures, about regulatory bodies’ legislation, including the Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Finance, Chamber of Commerce and Trade, etc.• Sales – monitor and maintain follow-up with the sales team to ensure timely collection of accounts receivables in a timely manner, notifying senior management of bad debt issues in a timely manner. Randomly visit customers to perform a reconciliation of accounts, to verify customers’ records with Company’s records.• Inventory Control and Logistics – coordinate and confirm receipt of product vs. stock on hand. Sustain the accuracy of the inventory records, prepare and distribute invoices; supervise logistics to ensure on-time delivery of products. • Reporting - generates reports to senior management to make informed business decisions.
