In addition, I am responsible to provide technical guidance for construction activities utilizing in-house technical teams and outsource SMEs.I co-managed 7 projects: Master planning King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah (1.7 million sq.m.), design review of Qiddiya Coast in Jeddah (6.2 million sq.m.), Remat Guidelines of public gardens and public car parking in Riyadh, Renovation of Alurijah Industrial City (0.5 million sq.m.) in Riyadh, Design of Alsharq mixed-use plots (6,000 sq.m.) in Riyadh, Saudi Olympic Training Center (Elite 2) in Jeddah (44,000 sq.m.), Aseer Prosthetic Center (3,000 sq.m.) and a long list of Interior Projects.I participated in managing internal projects spanning HR, Business Development, and Governance.I conducted managerial and technical support in project: 5th Square Mall, Al-Marasem (Interior Design) teaming up with Amsad Architectural Associates.
