My primary responsibilities are: design phase management - communications with Stakeholder Manager in Al-Riyadh and Design Team in Cairo - oversee project planning – plan, execute and monitor: cost, quality, resources and procurements of design phase - participate in identifying and monitor risks, implement risk responses. In addition, I am responsible to provide technical guidance for construction activities utilizing in-house technical teams and outsource SMEs.I co-managed 7 projects: Master planning King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah (1.7 million sq.m.), design review of Qiddiya Coast in Jeddah (6.2 million sq.m.), Remat Guidelines of public gardens and public car parking in Riyadh, Renovation of Alurijah Industrial City (0.5 million sq.m.) in Riyadh, Design of Alsharq mixed-use plots (6,000 sq.m.) in Riyadh, Saudi Olympic Training Center (Elite 2) in Jeddah (44,000 sq.m.), Aseer Prosthetic Center (3,000 sq.m.) and a long list of Interior Projects.I participated in managing internal projects spanning HR, Business Development, and Governance.I conducted managerial and technical support in project: 5th Square Mall, Al-Marasem (Interior Design) teaming up with Amsad Architectural Associates.

My primary responsibilities revolved around site-work planning, overseeing execution activities, maintaining client communication, managing budgets, implementing cost control measures, client-handover.I successfully led 3 public projects (Canal Sugar furniture mock-up manufacturing, medical factory wood items supplying, Dog compound construction and finishings), in addition to 21 residential finishings projects.

My every day activities revolved around business development, client communication, design direction and guidance, project and team management, financial and business operation, continuous learning and development.I successfully designed 2 compounds (East Park and Maadi Boulevard, Cairo), 1 Mixed-use complex (Nozha City Center, Cairo), and awarded in Tatweer Misr competition. Plus 7 residential buildings, 4 residential interior projects, and 3 office interior projects.

I planned and coordinated the proposal process. My duties included writing and reviewing proposal content, managing communication and coordination among teams, handling pricing and cost estimation, ensuring timely proposal submissions.

My main duties were receiving client business goals (product-mix), land boundaries, footprint and number of floors to develop the initial ideas and do the math aiming to generate concept master plans and building prototypes. Once approved, I collaborate/lead colleagues to prepare drawings for ministerial decree then marketing and detailed engineering package.I participated in several projects: Upville Compound in 6th of October City, Golf Heights mall and hotel in Sharm El-Sheikh, Devina Compound in Shorouk City, LMD project in North Coast, 90 Avenue compound in New Cairo, Regents Park compound in New Cairo, Egypt.

My core duties were to develop projects from schematic design phase to provide tender package.I led team in these projects: Collage of Science and Arts in Baha University KSA, 1090a- King Abdullah Projects (KAP3) KSA.I was an effective team member in these projects: King Abdullah Medical City – Auditorium, Mixed-use E5 tower in Jeddah, Makkah Train Station, Qortuba Oasis residential compound in Jeddah, shop-drawing of King Abdullah Projects (KAP3).

My core responsibility is to coordinate design change considering site circumstances of a one project (City Heights Mall, Obur). Yet, I was involved in collaborating with various stakeholders, coordinating with the project team to implement approved design changes effectively, resolving design-related conflicts or clashes that may arise between different systems or components, design coordination meetings, and design reviews.
