Education is my career. I taught high school science for 15 years and spent 2 years working in administration. Real estate is my retirement plan and has become my passion in my spare time. I purchased my first investment property in the spring of 2000. In 2005, I began educating myself in other strategies of real estate investing and continued to add to my knowledge base and experience by performing lease options, rehabs, and small apartment building acquisitions. I am a partner in properties consisting of 34 apartment units in the greater Seattle area.
