Watan Alqasim is the C.E.O. and founder of Lamsa Media has over twenty years of experience in Advertising and Productions for The Media industry. Watan produced hundreds of campaigns, video ads,video clips,and music tracks for soundtracks and world wide compilations, including the world wide hit ”Erja Ya Habebi Remix"​ by Riham (Buddha Bar Vol.11) and he was a music consultant for the Oscar nominated movie soundtrack “Ajami”. Originally from Rama, a village in the Galilee, Watan started working in the media industry when he was sixteen years old as an editor and presenter for a local radio station. He then went on to be the editor of entertainment column for a TV Index magazine, "Almashahid"​. In 1998, Watan left his position at "Almashahid"​ to work as an editor for Kul al-Arab’s culture column and study communications and political science at Haifa University. While a student, Watan became the first Arab vice president elected to the Student Union. He also produced several students events, concerts and festivals that were attended by thousands. In 2005, Watan was awarded a fellowship to work at the German DW radio and TV in Bonn and Berlin, Germany. This experience widened his lens and gave him the ambition to pursue his work on an international level. When Watan returned home in 2006, he started working for Publicis, an advertising agency, as a senior account manager. A year later, he accepted a position at a mobile content group, Logia Group, where he established and managed the company’s Arabic department. During his four years as the director of the Arabic department, Watan worked as the editor-in-chief of WAP, WEB and IVR portals, and managed the Arabic content for the largest mobile operator in the country, provided by the largest Arabic content providers in the MENA. In 2011 he established "LAMSA" (touch) MEDIA to become after 4 years,a leading Digital Media & Advertising Agency specialized in content and media for Arabs in the middle east.
