About Wim Ten Hoff
I have over 25 years working experience in project management, logistics and all aspects of project control. Mainly in the Oil & Gas industry and currently in the Renewables where I am the Project Manager for the joint venture between Equans and Iemants, building 3 offshore substations (HKN, HKWa and HKWb) for our client TenneT. Before this role I was Logistics Manager on Turkstream, an offshore pipe installation project in the Black Sea, where I managed logistics through a large team of professionals who in turn managed teams in the marshalling yards and in the ports. In earlier roles I was Project Services Lead for Shell, where I managed all aspects of project controls and procurement on a project in execution in Singapore. I had roles as interim manager for BHP Billiton and as Project Controller in Shell in which I gained experience in all Front End Development phases, project execution, upstream and downstream.I have delivered proven results through a team in complex environments. I’m able to simplify data into meaningful and clear management information. Building relationships, structuring, planning and organizing are amongst my strongest competencies.
