Hired to continue to establish their Search Division which included business development. Worked in a team environment and managed clients and candidates. Our focus industries were Banking, Mortgage, Transportation, Manufacturing and Consumer Products.

Managed the North Phoenix branch of Apple One with 5-9 employees. Responsibilities consisted of hiring and training account executives to work in the branch along with running my own revenue producing desk. Our business consisted of temporary, temp-to hire and direct-hire positions. Volume recruiting and placement in call centers and warehouses was an important part of our revenue stream. While running a full desk as a manager, I was responsible for bringing this office from a high turnover office to a successful, revenue generating office - some of the people I hired and trained are still some of the best in the business.

Managed a team of 10 sales people selling yellow page advertising. This was an outside sales job, B2B, door to door. Hired, fired and trained the team to be successful and meet their goals along with the goals and objectives of the company. Also acted as in-house recruiter doing the initial interviews for screening purposes and maintaining vendor relations with outside staffing firms.

Started in the Direct-Hire Search Division of Apple One. Responsibilities included business development.Opened the first Phoenix Division of Apple One's Accounting Division working from the already established Tempe office. Business development, search and screening candidates, then presenting them in a factual way to the employer was key to the success of the Division.

Started my career in staffing with this firm. While cold calling and prospecting new clients, we recruited candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire and direct-hire position in the valley.

Day-to-day manager of this gallery featuring original southwest art, jewelry, and bronzes by well-known and upcoming artists. Managed the accounting/payroll function (ADP), all HR functions along with advertising, press releases and event planning. Recruited and hired sales people along with temporary help for art walks and other special events.
