Lead and support negotiations with the supply base, ensuring the Company meets overall goals for cost, qualityand continuity of supply. Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with cross- functional team members to influence and align on future product needs.

• Provide a safe and protected environment for students. Monitor entrances of residence halls and provide first level security and assistance. • De-escalate situations as needed and summon security officers or medical assistance as needed. • Answer calls at University switchboard and route inquiries or initiate assistance.

• Provide training for beginner to advanced swimming. • Structured lessons to focus on skills needed for each swim level. • Provide coaching to competitive swimmers of the Linn-Mar Swim Team Club. • Provide private lessons focused on technique and drills for swimmers at all levels.
