Our Knowledge Management team focuses on the identification, creation, and distribution of the knowledge, insight, and experiences found in each of our employees. This focus allows us to develop training materials, lessons learned, best practices, and innovative technological collaborations to continuously improve the Kiewit organization.- Facilitate needs analysis through workshops, interviews, site visits and business process development for Kiewit's SAP ERP implementation. To-date delivery of 200,000 man-hours in training over a 2 year period- Provide leadership and direction to a team of technical trainers and business analysts on all assigned projects, including coordination across business and technical segments while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures-Develop, deliver and maintain technical training material for the Kiewit ERP system utilizing a variety of softwares including Captivate, uPerform and Articulate- Identify stakeholders, estimate time and cost, determine critical path, create risk analysis and mitigation plans, develop schedule, develop budget, determine communications requirements, develop requirements traceability matrix and create final project plan- Evaluate and thoroughly document requirements with project team, including staff, costs, timelines, etc., and updating project plan and stakeholders throughout the project- Manage contractor/consultant activities, including participating in contractor/consultant planning sessions and scope definitions- Oversee the deployment of project materials, including delivery method and metric tracking
