Kickstart Your Business at 50+ is an innovative cohort-based training program for budding entrepreneurs over the age of 50! Over the course of 10-weeks this program will give you the self-confidence, business know-how, support system and tools you need to build a viable business from scratch. - Program is available for free to all San Francisco residents over the age of 50 thanks to a partnership with the City of San Francisco’s Office of Economic & Workforce Development.

As the Director of Economic Development & Innovation my primary role was the continued management, oversight and expansion of the Business Accelerator (Formerly - CONNECT ALL @ the Jacobs Center), The Business Resource Center and Creators Studio that provides business services to low-to-moderate income and diverse entrepreneurs.

The altMBA is an online leadership and management workshop was designed by entrepreneur and bestselling author Seth Godin for high-performing individuals who want to level up and lead. The course challenges students to explore a deeper, more complex understanding of business development and marketing while exercising their own capacity for leadership and empathy.

CONNECT ALL @ the Jacobs Center (CAJC) is the region's first low to moderate income and diversity-focused accelerator program. The Collaboratory for Downtown Innovation is an innovative partnership between the Downtown San Diego Partnership and the City of San Diego to create new opportunities for early-stage entrepreneurs. • Manage all Collaboratory operations, budgeting, reporting and grant writing• Create curriculum and coordinate 6- and 8-week workshops for entrepreneurs delivered by successful founders and community leaders• Develop community advocacy groups, connect downtown innovation hub to entrepreneurs, and establishing strategic partnerships • Awarded City of San Diego's Special Promotional Programs Grant from Economic Development Services
