Whilst remaining focused on finding outstanding candidates for mid-senior level HR positions, I am also directly responsible for managing a team of five Researchers to successfully deliver high quality shortlists for all assignments. I have a principal role in hiring for the Research team and recognising key talent for the continued growth and success of Oasis HR.
