Core Focus: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining various quality certifications, such as ISO 22 000 Food Safety Management Certification, Herbal GMP, Animal Health GMP, NMRA GMP, and ISO 14 001 Environmental Management System. ISO 9001 GMP certification is currently being pursued, and plans for occupational health & safety certification are in progress. Standard operating procedures, work instruction forms, and check sheets are developed for all divisions to ensure quality compliance. Core Focus: The enhancement of Quality Systems Development (QSD) functions was achieved by applying knowledge and skills. Integration of food safety management documents into Astron's ERP system resulted in a culture shift to paperless documentation, facilitated easy access, communication, and improved efficiency. As a safety team member, health-related risks were proactively identified, risk mitigation controls were implemented as the initial stage of OSHAS. In addition, planning and conducting of distributor audits and 5S audits were done across all distributors and divisions, contributing to continuous improvement and achievement of Environmental Management System (EMS) goals.Key Contributions: * The integration of food safety management documents into the QMS folder in Astron's ERP system was carried out by me, including departmental SOPs, WI, Acts and regulations, Manuals, resulting in a paperless culture, easy access, easy communication, and increased efficiency. Risk assessment and Hazard identification for occupational health and safety of employees in the QSD office area was also done by me, and the initial stage of OSHAS (ISO 45001:2018) in Astron is planned for 2024.* Safety team membership was obtained, and health-related risks were identified and controlled proactively.* Distributor audits were planned, including allocating auditors, coordinating with marketing coordinators, scheduling the audits, conducting 22 audits for all Astron distributors, and ensuring that required and specified unbroken storage conditions related to the stability and efficacy of Astron products were met with industrial standards.* 5S audits were planned, auditors were allocated, coordinations with all the divisions were made, and 27 audits were conducted across all the divisions to continuously improve 5S activities in each department towards achieving EMS.
