• Responsible to ensure that ISMS and QMS are established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the ISO 27001:2013 & ISO 9001:2008• Monitoring the state of information security of the government network• Coordinating and implementing Information Security and Privacy Policies• Timely Review of ITCS IS policy, Manual, Risk Assessment and Statement of Applicability• Timely Review and re-approving the policies, Procedure reviews• Timely review of BCP and Restoration reports• Receiving and acting appropriately on management reports concerning information security performance and security incidents• Coordinate with the members to develop and enforce detailed procedures to maintain security • Ensuring that the ITCS Security Policy is implemented throughout the organization• Providing an advisory service on information security, Applicable Security requirements and security adherence with relevant legislation• Providing an advisory service on information security and information governance• Creating awareness amongst employees on the responsibilities and accountability for information security• Monthly review of incident reports/logs and communicate with IS Core Committee• Monitoring for actual or potential information security breaches• Monitoring and reporting on the state of information security within the organization• Sharing and analyzing security issues with IS Core Committee• Plan and schedule Internal and External Audits• Review Corrective and Preventive actions taken for adherence to standards• Conducting Management Review Meetings and communicate the status to Steering Committee• Coordinate with Certification Body and schedule for External Audits• Approving audit schedules and represent Management during Internal and External audits
