About Tomasz Watras

I strive to change for the better myself, my teams and my organisation. I'm not afraid of any challange.I strongly believe in Agile principles, DevOps and continuous learning as key success factors. In my current role (Agile Teams Manager) I create proper structures to increase self-organisation, proactivity and engagement not only in my team, but in entire organisation. I remove every impediment stopping us from being more productive. I have organised meet-ups (see link in BIO) and international hackathons.I have worked with the team of up 50 people spited into 7 DevOps teams. During last 3 years I have recruited more than 50 amazing people.
