This is Watson Chang who graduated from National Taiwan University Science and Technology (NTUST) in 2017. I majored in chemical engineering, then co-directed/reserch in CCMS Advance Material Lab. (AML) of National Taiwan University (NTU) and IAMS of Sinica during my master degree.My master thesis is about fabricate new semiconductor material (binary or ternary inorganic material) and applied in photocatalyst or solar cell.At my first job, I did process engineer in Vanguard (VIS) for three years, related research to improve defect and yield improvement by process change and basic maintanence. Having experience about wet etching, diffusion, high temoerature furnace and lithography technique.Then I work as a OTFA reserch develop and process engineer. Tuning the best parameter for customer requirements for collimator and color filter/monitor.Recently three years, I work as process integration engineer in UMC, in particular, this job major improve the yield and defects performance for wafer products, and conduct new product introduction, process research, and product testing with customers.I am an highly motivated engineer, passionate about semicondutor relater material improve and defect/yield optimization and have been in this field for almost 6.5 years. Hope I can be the effective company promoter/helper with my enthusiasm and professional knowledge. In familiar with wafer process & Inspection tool:1. Wet etching: TEL Clean Track, UTC (DNS), Wet bench (SUGAI/SES/Korean)2. Photo-lithography: TEL, Nikon/Canon/ASML exposure3. Diffusion: TS2000, Vertical furnace4.
