Assistant Manager Facilities Management & Site Acquisition.Duties include:  Management of third party vendors/contractors Facilities and Real Estate Budget management.  Space Management/Asset Management Data centre managements and risk mitigation  Organizing and coordinating fire evacuation.  Able to build and sustain relationships with the client and key decision makers  Managing annual budgets, profit and loss, and able to take an active role in regular finance and site rollout meetings.  Negotiate with and manage service providers, such as cleaning, repairs, generator and AC services. Arrange procurement of fixtures, fittings or components.  Lease negotiations, Rental negotiations & Lease registration with the Ministry Raising and validation of bill of quantities, Preparing documents to put out tenders for contractors.  Preparing group reports on key projects on i.e shop refurbishments, Facilities management.  Able to coordinate special projects on and off site  Control of all Facilities P&L with responsibility for managing budgets and costs. Liaise with and source suppliers for maintenance services i.e HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarms, Security, and Building/Civil Works etc.  Overall responsibility for all Airtel shops/offices around the country including new Airtel Headquarters.  Responsible for all Airtel site telecommunications tower site acquisition and rental payments.
