Responsible for the MEP professional technical management of the whole life cycle process of the company's renovation and expansion projects in 8 provinces and 1 city;Participate in on-site survey of bidding work, technical clarification of bidding, clarification on drawings and other activities;In the stage of feasibility study and design, provide professional opinions on the rationality of MEP professional design scheme and follow up the design progress, review the design scheme, optimize the design drawings and reduce the investment cost;Construction stage MEP professional construction site management work, including but not limited to acceptance of construction plan review, equipment, materials, equipment manufacturing, installation construction process quality control, supervision, evaluation, project documents, drawings signature, leadership system debugging and commissioning and acceptance of work handover work;To participate in the management of project bidding and assessment.

-Be responsible for site construction material and shopdrawing and construction methodology submittal review.ensure the material meet the design and TI requirement ,ensure the shopdrawing and construction methodology comply with site condiation and GB code requirement.-Follow up the material lead time and follow the approved submittal to do MIR when material delivered on site.make sure the material consistent with the submittal and have completed factory documents such as qualified certeficate,test report,CCC certeficate,etc.-Make sure comply with the approved methodology when equipment or electrical panel or cable installation on site.-Carry out LOTO procedure and electrical tie in plan and energized work permit.-Responsible weekend site report submit.-Keep site safety and quality observation and make record such as field and SOR.-Accroding GB50303 to verify site construction quality.-Review as-built drawing after project completed,coordinate with system owner and sustaining team management to close out and hand over the project,such as FAT,operation handover checklist and so on.-Keep 5S improve during construction activity happened.

-Responsible for participating in the modification and approval of the project scheme in the early and middle stage of the project, and putting forward reasonable Suggestions in time; -Responsible for strictly controlling the quality requirements of installation engineering construction process and process, quality requirements of engineering material brand, specification, material, color, environmental protection,fire prevention, as well as quality requirements of the overall sense and details of the project; - Responsible for the supervision, inspection and acceptance of the installation materials, equipment, finished products and semi-finished products entered by the construction unit;-Responsible for organizing the professional completion and completion acceptance of the project.

Carry out operation permit system management for CDB gas projects, and implement excellent operation management procedures for major capital projects.Coordinate the employees relationship between different nationalities, and be responsible for the safety analysis and review of work scope during the commissioning, operation and overhaul phases, issuance and closure of operation permits, implementation and supervision of LOTO procedures, and issuance of SIMOPS operation permits.In the implementation of the CDB gas project (hydrogen sulfide content is 10%), strictly implemented the excellent operating standard and the Golden Rule,achieving the goal of "zero pollution and zero death" for four consecutive years, and creating a record of 8 million consecutive safe working hours..Provide permit to work training for all construction personnel on site, with the total training person-time over 2000 times
