CurrentScreen, interview, and hire skilled front-line healthcare staff on behalf of 100+ outpatient clinics/departments. As a central service professional, partner with and liaison between stakeholders from Talent Acquisition, Clinic Leadership, and Human Resources. Partner with Workforce Education to develop and deliver resume building workshop. Support Workforce Education in conducting mock interviews as a part of an interview preparation workshop. Implement strategies to streamline communication and increase collaboration with Clinic Leadership. Revamp and standardize processes and resources for efficiency and to scale operations.
