Restructured whole IT platforms (30+ systems) into business strategy oriented, processes integrated new platform. Helped UC express business grew 38% from 0.5 million bills per day to 0.69 million.- From the 2nd year as IT VP, led to transfer the project based IT organization into product based organization. IT employees go to business frontlines to find IT product opportunities, lead all IT product processes from product plan, design, develop to operation instead of waiting business departments' requirements to develop. This transformation helped a lot in business growth and cost reduction, won the reputation of frontlines, and then HQ made "Technology driven" as 1st tier priority in company strategy.
