Oversee departmental project status' end-to-end (from pending analysis to implementation). Aid user acceptance testing via test file creation and process documentation, ensuring all functionalities meet business requirements before live release. Key Accomplishments:Designed a Project Tracking System (with hyperlinks to documents and meeting notes) with a dashboard for high-level quick overview of active, pending, and completed projects (including a break-down of projects by team member).

Appraisal Management Company licensed in all 50 states offering residential and commercial appraisal services. Coalesce data across multiple systems to develop Executive, Sales, and Client Reports to assist with informed decision-making. Aided Vendor management initiatives via Lender and Broker account setup. Supported internal and external Partners with software-related issues. As Compliance Board Team Member, identified solutions to current and changing industry regulations. Key Accomplishments: *Received the "Rookie of the Year" Award, 2019*Successfully created and established a User Manual providing step-by-step instructions regarding internal department reports and software functions.

Directly facilitated various projects for the Senior Vice President of Collateral Valuation. Supervise the Project Team and delegated tasks. Documented project plans and communicated progress and risks to stakeholders. Created high-level reports (utilizing multiple systems) to identify company/operational risk. Evaluated processes and systems, recommending solutions via workflows or software enhancements. Coordinated with Software Providers regarding new system features, facilitating user acceptance testing by creating scenarios and use cases. Developed training materials with step by step processes and visuals. Key Accomplishments:*Discovered $100k+ in over-and-under payments to Appraisers due to improper manual data entries and provided solutions to increase efficiency while reducing 8+ hours of daily manual labor. *Interfaced with two Appraisal Vendor Software Providers to implement new software. As Sole Administrator, ensured proper setting and User Security to meet scope of work and established the first region online within 3 months. *One of four companies in the Mortgage Industry to collaborate with Freddie Mac during creation of the Loan Collateral Advisor software tasked with analyzing appraisal risk, simplifying risk scoring, and providing rep and warrant eligibility. GR was the first in the industry to receive rep and warrant on an appraisal.

In February of 2012 Superior Mortgage was acquired by Guaranteed Rate, Inc. HQ in Chicago, IL. GRI is considered the eighth largest mortgage lender in the country, licensed in all 50 states and produced $1.8 Billion dollars in home loans as of April 2015 and averaging 6000 appraisal orders per month. Promoted to establish the Appraisal Department, adhering to new industry regulations. Implemented to Dodd-Frank Act to develop system and business practices. Supervised three Coordinators and four Appraisal Review Underwriters who processed 2k+ assignments monthly. Recruited Appraisers across all geographical areas and monitor performance using exported data from Encompass, Appraisal Scope and LenderX software to identify trends. Hired and trained staff regarding system usage and compliance. Key Accomplishments:*Interfaced with IT Developer to initiate software that oversaw Appraisers, placed orders, and monitored assignments to completion/delivery, eliminating the need for external software platforms, which saved the company $22k+ in expenses per month. *Developed departmental workflow procedures, forms, training manuals, eliminating the need to hire additional staff by reducing software keystrokes and creating checklist to increase staff efficiency. *Led appraisal software integration (including creation of Scope of Work documents, risk analysis, and data mapping), resulting in the detection of 73 key gap items, allowing for negotiation of development costs and a successful implementation.
