At MAC Recruiters, it's my job to find the top talent and candidates for our clients. I maintain the frequent communications and bond between the account manager and the candidate, while also documenting all the communication back and forth.

I had the privilege to care for a 9 year old and 12 year old, both boys. My daily duties and responsibilities consisted of take care of the pets, clean the house, prepare dinners, wash the clothes, and helping the children with homework or getting them to after school activities and ready for bed when needed.

I was expected to greet the patrons with a smile and positive attitude, take their orders and provide the best service as quickly and efficiently as possible. After the day was over I would roll silverware and sweep the floor to prepare for the next day.I began as a Hostess greeting and opening/closing the doors for our patrons. It was my duty to make a good impression and welcome the customer in with a light and warm attitude. This lasted for a month before I was elevated to the position of a waitress.

Parts of my daily routine began with me opening the store and preparing the store/food for the day. Once finished with the morning routine I moved between the drive thru and lobby taking orders and helping to fill them with haste. The lobby included me running the cash register and handling money and being able to give change quickly and accurately. The last part of my day was cleaning the floors and bathrooms so I could close the store.

Here I was more of a Jane-of-all-Trades, I managed the payrolls bi monthly, scheduling appointments with clients for the week, cleaned and organized the truck and office, and assisted on the jobs sites that required extra help.
