Analyzed customer business problems, developed and monitored project plans and budgets.• Grew the new Agile XP office from nothing to yearly rate of $400,000 in revenue.

Worked directly with leadership teams of other companies to turn around struggling operations in record time.• Improved a $120 million building products manufacturer, from 85% order fulfillment to 100% fulfillment with no overtime and 15% less inventory.• Reduced overhaul lead-time for military aircraft engines from 56 days to 12.

Led Nike's first implementations of demand-driven (pull) supply chains.• For multiple product lines: increased sales 10-30% and decreased total supply chain inventories by 20-40% and warehousing costs over $1 million per year.• Smoothed production and opened up capacity by 30%-50% during the peak season.

Requested to join Nike’s first business re-engineering project as IT liaison because of success with new technology and ability to solve problems.• Translated business needs to high level IT requirements integrating product designs, 3D models, CAD/CAM, bills-of-materials, line plans, and go-to-market information.• Led team of 30 software developers. Implemented critical chain project management, saved $1 million in first use.Led a new desktop and LAN group of 110 people with huge engineering, cultural, and morale problems. The challenge: “Fix it fast and do not ask for more people or money”. Completed a turnaround in 9 months.
