Our paths are often much clearer in hindsight, and I can see that mine started with a deep fascination in how culture shapes people, and how people shape their culture in return. That interest led me to study Anthropology, and then to pursue a career focused on people and culture in organizations. I’ve held roles designing and building people strategies, programs, and practices from the ground up, as well as contributing to established HR and People teams that were respected partners in their organizations. I'm highly adaptable, having worked in a variety of organizations and industries, ranging from an evolving financial regulator, to a non-profit in transition, to an early stage tech start-up, to a fast-scaling advertising agency. Throughout, I’ve honed the ability to bring clarity to complex issues, and to identify and act on organizational challenges and opportunities at the individual, team, and systemic level. I believe in the potential of organizations to be more just, free, and connected places in service of their goals, but that this potential is often not realized. In all of my work, I aim to help leaders and teams to understand and align their actions, large and small, to the organizations and impact they seek to create.
