I am a self-motivated, trustworthy and dedicated police manager with strong organisation, leadership and management skills and significant experience in vulnerability, risk and safeguarding within a multi-agency protection environment. I chair multi-agency partnership meetings managing risk around most vulnerable domestic violence and child abuse victims.
