Leadership Coach for the US Army's Joint Readiness Training Center. • Conducted daily operations decision-making; directed the response to 5 major incidents in Kabul and 2 natural disasters that synchronized consequence management and saved lives.• Coordinated with Afghan, UN and NATO partners to support primary and run-off elections, and to collect ballots across the country when the election was contested; maintained the legitimacy of the Afghan elections.
