Principal at The Trium Group, a management consulting firm based in San Francisco working at the intersection of human performance, leadership, and strategy execution. We work with the senior teams of the world's leading companies with one mission -- to change the world by changing the way business leaders think. Founded in 1998, Trium has served countless C-Suites with the belief that companies are perfect reflections of their CEOs and leadership teams. As Growth Steward, I lead the team responsible for our GTM strategy, business development, key client relationships, and developing consultant skills in sales, account strategy, and business development. In that role, we more than tripled YoY total pipeline value and profit margin while also diversifying our revenue mix and total client portfolio. While serving in this role, I served on the Ready's leadership team and continued serving clients, focusing on executive team strategy work, executive coaching, and hiring, staffing, and building consulting teams to do the work I was selling.

From 2019-2020 I developed and grew The Ready's largest enterprise account, and stepped into a role that we called the Team of Teams Steward, leading the multiple client teams we had working in a single Fortune 50 enterprise. In this role, I consistently sold multimillion dollar consulting projects that delivered significant measurable ROI for the client, requiring us to hire and build large teams of consultants to deliver multiple $1-10m+ consulting services scopes focused on organizational design, agile transformation, and culture transformation.Along the way, I served on The Ready's finance team and became Finance Steward from 2021-2022 before we hired a full-time Finance leader. I also built an internal Insights practice and tool designed to codify the results of our consulting services, both to demonstrate ROI and steer our practice.

Compass is a Slack app that uses Slack data to give you insights into your team's communication, cross-functional work, and general health. It visualizes communication flows from Slack data, gauges team sentiment, and helps you get insight into where there's cross-team friction. It's a cross between org design and social network analysis.

In 2017, we at Like Humans merged our organizational design practice with that of The Ready (theready.com). Like Humans helped transformative leaders align their organizations to the intrinsic motivations of their team to enable increased engagement, productivity and profits. We used values assessment and mapping to equip leaders with qualitative big data about their team to help them create organizational coherency. We were coaches, advisors and facilitators to support the process.

+ Led an office team of 8 students to manage a fully-stocked gear room, coordinate student-led outing trips, direct and manage trip planning for backcountry break trips, and plan Pre-Orientation: an outdoor oriented orientation for over 400 students led by 175+ student leaders on hundreds of outdoor trips.+ Led countless outdoor trips with Sewanee students, including backcountry winter mountaineering, backcountry canoeing, rock-climbing trips, caving (including vertical with ropes), backpacking, and boating.+ Developed programming to build and support students as leaders both on campus and in the backcountry.

Developed and implemented coalition building programs centered around the idea of collective liberty, to build an educated and informed global coalition of whistleblowers to support the Falling Whistles campaign for peace in Congo.
