Compass is a Slack app that uses Slack data to give you insights into your team's communication, cross-functional work, and general health. It visualizes communication flows from Slack data, gauges team sentiment, and helps you get insight into where there's cross-team friction. It's a cross between org design and social network analysis.

In 2017, we at Like Humans merged our organizational design practice with that of The Ready (theready.com). Like Humans helped transformative leaders align their organizations to the intrinsic motivations of their team to enable increased engagement, productivity and profits. We used values assessment and mapping to equip leaders with qualitative big data about their team to help them create organizational coherency.
