Pay full attention about service/route availabilities depending on each seasonality- Conduct appropriate selection of suppliers suitable for the tour grade in quality and price- Booking and delivering confirmation of local destination services efficiently and accurately- Provide clear and constructive suggestions and proposals to Sales for any critical services- Provide support to the business by gathering market trends, new products and local destination information as well as providing feedback and suggestions- Attend tours, inspections, or provide onsite inspection/support if required during and outside office hours in Switzerland- Handling invoices matters from suppliers, numerical proof check and submit to invoicing team- Provide support and work as a Customer Service agent when required
