Self Employed Technician of Its Fixed. Its Fixed, a Fully Mobile Installation and Repair Company. I Install and Repair all forms of Computers, Consoles, Mobile Phones, Telephones and Networks.

Within EDS, I was Telephone and IT Technician, Backup and Recovery Engineer.Whilse I was on the Telephony Team, I was Installing and configuring the network to suit the business needs.I re-programmed everything from the IVR right through to the handset, creating the config, adding and removing voicemail on DDI's and creating agents IDs. I also created reports and used them within CMS as to how many calls each agent took during each day etc.Whilst working on the Backup and Recovery Team, I was tasked daily with reporting to make sure that the environment, was backed up to the relevant backup server. I was also tasked with recovering data from group shares, personal data as well as emails from the latest backups, requesting tapes and inserting them in to the server using Remote Desktop.

At Exectec I was a Multi skilled Labourer working on behalf of Mears Builders. I was Dismantalling Kitchens, Bathrooms, Chasing and pointing Pointing Walls, Cleaning, All whilst keeping to a tight schedule as tenants were living in their houses.

Fixing the PCs and creating accounts on the network for all Users.I was also tasked with creating purchase orders and other Admin Tasks.

Answering Calls from Home users with IT problems on the HP Contract. Making sure that their technical problems are fixed whilst talking the end user through what they need to do with great detail over the phone.

I was fixing the Network and Computer Systems and all of the erifereals on the network, this was in a very busy and stressfull enviroment.

I was an Aprentice Electrician, Re-wiring a number of buildings includinig, "The Long Bar" in Newcastle and "The Three Mile Inn" in Gosforth.
