Waukita grew up in Southern Oklahoma with a father who was the consummate remodeler, and had a hammer in her hand by the age of 6. She gained a passion early in life for remodeling, decorating and design, and after a long career as an executive administrative assistant in the oil and gas industry, decided to start her own design and consulting business which she owned until her husband was relocated to Houston in 1997. The family's relocation gave her firsthand insight into the challenges families face when circumstances force them to pull up roots and move. As a result, she began her real estate career shortly after moving to the Houston area in 1997, and has assisted many Sellers/Buyers during their relocation process. Waukita has also served as Assistant Manager at a local real estate office, where she managed and trained over 200 fellow Realtors. This included working with other brokers to settle disputes and contractual issues, where she gained valuable negotiating skills and insight that continue to benefit her clients. Waukita’s executive and administrative skill sets are highly developed and she is extremely adaptive in any administrative capacity. With a tremendous attention to details, she can ease into any administrative role with little or no effort.
