In August 2010, Kasasa (fka "BancVue") acquired FIRST ROI, a company I founded in 2005. Due to some paperwork, branding and other more inconsequential issues, we changed the name of FIRST ROI to BancVue Interactive for a year before we actually finally became part of Kasasa.

FIRST ROI was the first company to harness amazing design, skilled copywriting and brilliant code to drive online business for community banks and credit unions. FIRST ROI was an interactive marketing agency with many firsts and several big wins in the banking industry. * The first company in the community banking industry to offer search engine marketing, search engine optimization, and e-commerce website to drive online leads and applications for community banks and credit unions via a holistic solution called FIRSTBranch. By the time we were acquired by BancVue (then becoming BancVue Interactive for a short time), we supplied online branches complete with online marketing campaigns to over 150 community banks and credit unions. FIRSTBranch is an exclusive offering at BancVue, supporting hundreds of community institutions each day.* We created the first back-office management system for online applications built specifically for the needs of community banks and credit unions. This back-office management system is used every day by thousands of back-office professionals at community institutions around the country to on-board new accounts.* We developed and marketed CheckingFinder.com - a site offering BancVue clients' Reward Checking accounts nationwide (or down to the zip code) - a first for the banking industry, and winner of several awards. * We built INMO®, the first online account opening system designed for the needs of community financial institutions. INMO's unique design led it to deliver 7x more funded accounts than other competitive online account opening products.* Additionally, INMO was the first online account opening system warranted by Wolters Kluwer Financial Services. INMO is being used to open accounts for hundreds of community financial institutions nationwide.* FIRST ROI was acquired by BancVue in August 2010
