Working on a FPSO assignment for PTSC.- handling VO claims from Yard/reconciling/closing- verifying Yard's actual work done- checking if the VO is overlapping with other vendors' scope

1. Responsible on initial assignment of the cost estimate to each work activity contingency and procurement of material and equipment in creating the Project Cost baseline for Project Manager;2. Responsible in the controlling the cost base-line in all activities including procurement of equipment and services acquired (subcontractors’ works) including to ensure that any changes are monitored and controlled;3. Responsible on working out the changes in change order form and submitting it to the Owner with captured all any technical changes, time impact etc;4. Responsible in monitoring cash in/out by using cost controlling method and also prepare the cash flow including Monthly Project Summary Report to the Management;5. Responsible in forecasting the Project margin using out-turn costs to completion and the potential new revenue from Change Order.

Seconded to MODEC Offshore Production Systems (S) Pte Ltd as an expeditor in monitoring the delivery by coordinating with the related departments such as Engineering, Production, Procurement and vendors.2. Responsible for contract awarding to the sub-contractors / vendors3. Responsible on negotiation of contract terms with vendor to a mutual agreement4. Evaluate and manage the variation besides the original contract sum9. Final account with clients and issue completion certificate for subcontractor
