Assisting with mailing services over the counter at the post office. Safe entry checks in and Temperature taking.

Handle passenger’s complaints and compliments, Handle calls promptly by providing accurate information on their queries. Respond to passengers’ queries and concerns from emails. Follow up promptly with passengers to resolve issues. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys yearly. Planned events for internal staff (Ex: monthly Massage services / Family Day). Design/Create certs for Staff for Awards.

Perform ticket checks daily. Assisted with coin counting for LTA’s revenue. Assisted with Route diversion (Ex: F1, National Day)

Drive Public buses (Single / Double Decker) on Singapore roads

Drive guest to desired Places of interest in Singapore. Airport to Hotel Transfers.

Shuttle Condo residents to nearest MRT

Truck containers within the port for container terminal operations.

Deliver parcels and letters to residents at the appointed location

Assisted passengers that are lost in finding the new terminal 3. Handle enquiries.
