Integrated Lean and Six sigma is the Mondelez Ways of working for bringing team to zero loss mindset and 100% employee engagement. The IL6S is combining four well known system Lean, Six Sigma, TPM and HPWS.The IL6S lead for the site is OWN the IL6S program implementation at the site, ensuring IL6S work is loss focused and targeted for delivering site Compelling Business Need (CBN). Set directions and make adjustments needed to keep the program moving at the pace defined by the leadership team. Use learning from corporate and regional teams and other benchmarks. Learn continuously by doing and teaching current phase subjects as well future phase capability required. Ensure an effectiveintegration of all pillars.

The position is responsible to identify and supervise the execution of business improvement initiatives. The incumbent will identify opportunities to reduce Conversion Costs through Process Optimisation ideas and implementation of new Process Improvement and ensure the manufacturing variances are identified and addressed in timely manner to minimise variance to plan in Bandung Plant.

- Capability Process Improvement- Lean six sigma Project design and execution- work for ISO 9001 , FSSC 22000, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14000 and HAS documentation- Implement Kraft Quality Policy- Implement Cheese technology and blending cheese- FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor IRCA certified- Green Belt Lean six sigma Certified by Kraft CI AP
