Managing subsurface aspects of new field development and near field exploration within Natuna Block A PSC.

Subsurface Team Lead for two producing fields, Anoa and Gajah Baru. Coordinate the subsurface work and exploration work nearby production asset. The job desc. includes: 1). Ensure both fields meet gas demand through well/field optimization, well intervention, reservoir management, etc. 2). Provide lead Geophysics role in the Subsurface department including in well proposal/prognosis generation, G&G studies, WP&B meeting, JV meetings/workshop, fields developments, etc. 3). Provide lead Geophysics supports for Development and Exploration activities, and non-operated Development Assets in any subsurface reviews of wells, reserves, profiles and studies, 4). Provide mentoring to younger Geoscientists and team members on projects progresses monitoring, technical developments etc.

1). Develop seismic interpretation using SMT Kingdom and Petrel for Dua and Chim Sao oil fields, seismic attribute analysis, time to depth conversion and ensure the entire product brought properly into 3D model.2). Responsible for geophysical studies and identify/planning studies (internal and external) required to refine available geophysical data for Dua and Chim Sao oil fields. Part of this also responsible for QC of the PSDM reprocessing for Dua field to ensure the product improve the imagery of the Late Miocene reservoirs.3). Carried out detailed structural mapping by utilizing seismic attribute , especially "Ant Tracking" that has been very helpful in defining the faults. 4). Together with Development Geologist and Reservoir Engineer preparing appraisal and development wells planning for Dua and Chim Sao Oil fields.5). Together with Development Geologist and Reservoir Engineer responsible for delivery to Vietnamese authority and partners the Reserve Assessment Report (RAR), Outlined Development Plan (ODP) and Field Development Plan (FDP) as part of Premier Oil fast track development plan of Dua and Chim Sao Fields. 6). Responsible for the quality and timely delivery of the external studies that carried out by some contractors in different places.7). Supervise and mentoring Vietnamese Geophysicist

1). Responsible for developing interpretation for oil and gas fields in appraisal stage in Natuna Sea Block A and managing and supervising the work of two junior staffs. 2). Deliver geophysical study (2D/3D seismic interpretation, AVO modelling, Lambda-Mu-Rho inversion) for exploration and field development.3). Compiling initial document for seismic database (acquisition, processing history and data quality) across the Natuna Sea Block A.4). Responsible for tendering and selection contractor for merging and reprocessing of two 3D surveys and ensure the project reach the goal and completed in timely manner.5). Provide data review during technical workshop with government and partners to secure the project and well proposal approval. 6). Premier Oil representative in the Jakarta Scout Check forum. Provide information regarding company monthly activity highlight and report others company activity including farm-in opportunity.7). Supervised student’s final project in Premier Oil office

1). Provide 2D & 3D Seismic data interpretation for several gas and oil fields within the Pertamina West Java asset as part of reserve assessment work. 2). Part of the project, provide reservoir characterization using the geophysical methods, such as Acoustic Impedance (AI), Elastic Impedance (EI), Lambda-Mu-Rho (LMR) and AVO (fluid factor, gradient, sign(NI)*gradient, etc).3). Provide geophysical analysis by creating the angle stack inversion volume for infill development well program of Tambun Oil field.4). Depth imaging using Kirchoff Prestack Depth Migration (PSDM) and perform AI, EI and AVO in depth domain.
